To Order Photos By Mail:

Select the items you would like.  Go to the shopping cart and click "Print Order". 
Mail your order form with a check for the price on the order form plus 6% sales tax and shipping.  If you are not sure of shipping or tax amount, please contact us.  We will calculate the amount prior to you sending a check.
 

To Order Photos By E-Mail:

Photo ID
Photo Size or CD
When photo is needed
Any other special information


Photos will be cropped and sent via e-mail for verification.  You will then be contacted with pricing information including shipping and tax.
